Shipping:
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
We may ship order to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico by US Mail if requested.
Please fill up your boxes - we will ship you via Flat rate Priority shipping USPS - Flat Charges. Online shipping charges are approximate. Actual shipping charges will be determined when order is ready to ship.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including Insurance and Refused Shipments.
Return Policy:
When losses involve damaged or missing cartons, please contact the delivery carrier for instructions on filing a claim first. Then please notify us.
Any other discrepancy such as missing items should be reported to your Divine store (Bombay Jewel) within seven 7 days of receipt of goods.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization.
